Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using AI-PIXEL-FORGE ("Service", "we", "us") at aipixelforge.co.kr, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI-PIXEL-FORGE provides creative tools including Sync-Toon (character anchoring, translation typesetting, PSD export), Asset-Forge (sprites, item batch, manufacturing simulation), Data-Labeller (bulk training image generation), and Design/Modeling (concept art, style reference, proof/family photo composition, ad creator). Features such as proof photo and family photo use only the images you upload; we generate retouched or composed output and deliver it solely to you. Usage is metered by credits (BC). Subscriptions and one-time credit packs are offered; payment and subscription management are processed by Lemon Squeezy.

3. Account and Use

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You may not use the Service for illegal purposes, to infringe others' rights, or to abuse or overload our systems.

4. User Content, Consent, and Prohibited Uses

Rights and consent. You may only upload content (including images of persons) that you have the right to use and for which you have obtained any necessary consents, including under applicable portrait-rights and privacy laws. If you upload images of other people (e.g. for family photos), you are solely responsible for obtaining their consent (or that of their guardian) for such upload and for the generation and use of the resulting output. You represent that your uploads do not infringe any third party's copyright, portrait rights, or other rights.

How we use your content. We use uploaded content only to provide the requested service and to deliver the resulting output to you. We do not use your uploaded content or generated output for our own advertising, sale to third parties, or other commercial use, and we do not disclose them to third parties except as necessary to operate the Service (e.g. processing on our systems).

Prohibited uses. You must not use the Service to create or distribute content that infringes others' portrait rights, copyright, or other rights; that creates or distributes deepfakes or false images of persons without their consent; or that violates applicable law (including defamation, obscenity, or laws on false or synthetic media). You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service and any output complies with applicable law. Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination of your account and we may report unlawful conduct to authorities.

5. Billing and Credits

Subscription plans (e.g. Starter, Professional, Enterprise) and credit packs are billed according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. Fees are charged in the currency shown. Unused subscription credits do not roll over unless otherwise stated. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property and Output

We retain rights in the Service and our technology. Subject to these terms and your payment of applicable fees, you may use the outputs you generate through the Service for your lawful use. You must not use the Service to produce content that infringes third-party IP or that violates applicable law. Your use of generated output remains subject to section 4 (User Content, Consent, and Prohibited Uses).

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, to the extent permitted by law.

8. No Legal or Financial Responsibility

You agree that the operator of AI-PIXEL-FORGE assumes no legal or financial responsibility whatsoever. We do not accept any legal liability for: (a) your use of the Service or any outputs you generate; (b) your compliance or non-compliance with applicable laws; (c) any claims, damages, losses, or disputes arising from or related to the Service, payments, subscriptions, or credits; or (d) any actions or omissions of third parties (including payment processors). We do not accept any financial responsibility beyond what is expressly stated in our Refund Policy (e.g. discretionary refunds). All risk of use, including legal and financial risk, remains solely with you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, if any.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the site or email where appropriate.
