Refund Policy

1. Overview
AI-PIXEL-FORGE ("we", "us") sells subscriptions and one-time credit packs (BC) through Lemon Squeezy. This policy describes when and how refunds may be requested.
2. No Legal or Financial Obligation
We assume no legal or financial responsibility to you. Any refund we may provide is entirely at our sole discretion and is ex gratia (as a gesture of goodwill). We are under no obligation to refund any payment. We do not accept liability for any financial loss, damages, or claims arising from your purchase, use or non-use of credits or subscriptions, or from the actions of payment processors. By purchasing or using the Service, you agree that you bear all risk and that we have no legal or monetary obligation to you beyond what we expressly choose to provide (e.g. access to the Service when you have valid credits or an active subscription).
3. Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Lemon Squeezy account or our billing page. Cancellation stops future charges; you retain access until the end of the current billing period. Refunds for the current period are considered on a case-by-case basis (e.g. duplicate charge, technical failure preventing use). Request refunds via Lemon Squeezy or our contact channel.
4. One-time credit packs (BC)
Credits (BC) are consumed when you use the Service. Once purchased, credit packs are generally non-refundable after use. If you have not used the credits and believe the purchase was made in error or due to a technical issue, contact us (or Lemon Squeezy support) with your order details; we may approve a refund at our discretion.
5. How to request a refund
Contact us at kmmom591@naver.com or via the site footer; for orders through Lemon Squeezy you may also use their customer/support flow. Include your email, order/receipt reference, and reason for the request. We will respond within a reasonable time.
6. Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or payment provider. Refused credits or subscription access may be revoked upon refund.
7. Changes
We may update this Refund Policy. The version on the site at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated policy where applicable.
